PERSONALLY, FOR ACHES & PAINS directly related to influencing triggers like “Rainy or damp” weather conditions, un for seen stress (you know – life’s surprises), etc. MY “GO-TO” IS CANNABIS-INFUSED LOTION. I make my own (and you can too, it’s easy) or you can order some decent (and crappy too) products from the LEGACY market, or find Regulated retail products – my advice? MAKE YOUR OWN or PURCHASE HOME MADE – I have yet to find a regulated retail product that was worthy of having a cannabis leaf attached to its ingredients list – just saying!

There is absolutely no chance of getting “high” from a topical, it feels good and it reduces swelling/inflammation almost immediately – those sore inflamed joints and achy muscles will “mellow” thanks to the wonderful weed-infused lotion! Topicals can be applied liberally and often. A decent or good topical application should provide at least 2-4 hours of relief.

I AM VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT WHAT I EAT & DRINK ON FLARE DAY (or potential flares ie. bad weather on the way). As such, I consume plenty of water to help flush my system of any built-up toxins. I make and consume Nutri-bullets (about 6oz 3 or 4 times per day). I INCLUDE TUMERIC AND RAW CANNABIS IN EVERY ONE OF THE NUTRI-BULLET DRINKS. Tumeric is a spice high in curcumin which has powerful anti-inflammatory properties and well… the benefits from juicing raw cannabis are tremendous!

This potent plant-based medicine is a powerful nutrient source. Nutritionally speaking cannabis leaves, stems, flowers, and seeds can provide the body with all the right essential nutrients – including carbohydrates, protein, fat, water, vitamins, minerals, and trace amounts of calcium, sodium, potassium, and omega 3 fatty acids! HOW IS THAT FOR A SUPERFOOD

CANNABIS PROVIDES AN ENORMOUS CONTRIBUTION TO OUR HEALTH MAINTENANCE AND RESTORATION. Raw, it activates the ECS or Endocannabinoid System more effectively than it does dry, cured, or combusted. THCA – the raw form of THC has exceptional anti-inflammatory properties.

Honestly, for me and many others having a juice/nutribullet daily helps cleanse the bowels, helps increase energy, and gives my “get up and go” the kickstart it sometimes needs to “get going”

QUITE FRANKLY, LYING IN BED ALL DAY, MOANING AND GROANING spending precious time, energy and thoughts on the dis “ease” flaring up in my body only serves to keep me very aware of pain – and I don’t know about you, but I prefer to find ways of NOT focusing on it – rather ignore it and make it go away with action and thought – which wasn’t an easy task to accomplish at the beginning of my personal warrior training – but like all skills, the more I practiced, the better I became! From VICTIM TO VICTOR!

“This too shall pass” was an extremely irritating statement to hear in the middle of a crisis, pain trauma, or screaming flare – UNTIL I turned those words INTO A POSITIVE TRIGGER FOR THE RECOVERY PROGRAM STRATEGY I taught my brain to “run” using NLP techniques and self-hypnosis.

AS A WELLNESS WARRIOR I talk myself (and others) out of negative thinking patterns that lead to unhealthy behaviors or habits, and into POSITIVE THINKING & ACTING PATTERNS. Which include daily exercises and stretches – whether I hurt or not!

A GREAT STRETCH ROUTINE FOR THE MORNING CONVINCES MY BRAIN – that “I GOT THIS”. Some days I’ll get in a nice bike ride, other days it’s a small hike and on the nasty bad days my exercise or activity does not include much more than a couple of purposeful trips up and down the stairs. – The point is, getting in a daily stretch and some physical activity – REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN MY ABILITY TO COPE.
